Yeh, we have to train ourselves too. And what concerns the terminology it isof course an advantage to be familiar with it. Beginners should learn it as it will help to avoid a mess in the head, when reading something written with those technical terms.
But not all have access to them or don't even know they exist. Then comes the big confusion and misunderstandings.
When I started training I just trained men. Long before I knew about behavioristic terminology, it worked without it.

On a more serious note, I would, but the only tracking problem that Sadie and I are having is no time to track. I am having to fill in while we have a shortage of supervisors on our main work floor, and that means twelve hour rotating shifts. Not to mention, filling in for the other remaining supervisors when one dislocates a kneecap and another goes on vacation...
