Eric Sacks Webboard User Reg: 01-05-2018 Posts: 20 Loc: Offline	Looking for a healthy, mentally sound Mal puppy with a good temperment. I will be doing protection work with her yet she will be a “family dog” as well. I live in Hawaii, thus need to find a reputable breeder from a country with similarly strick rabies quarantine laws (such as the British Isles, Australia and Japan). I can not get a puppy from the mainland US due to the rabies vaccine and titer requirements. I am willing to travel to collect the pup and transport her back to Hawaii with me. Mahalo in advance for your suggestions and advice. Aloha

Kelly Moderator Reg: 06-03-2005 Posts: 1495 Loc: Offline	The best Mals are going to be from US or Belgium - Loups du Soliel in US and Joefarm in Belgium. Toni, my signature pic is from a Joefarm bitch, and Fennec my younger Mal is from LdS lines. Best of luck finding a pup !,

Because of Hawaii’s quarantine laws, I would be unable to get a dog until it was over a year old. The dog would have to be vaccinated twice for rabies and have a titer done thereafter. Any suggestions for breeders in any rabies free/quarantine countries such as the British Isles, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, etc? Aloha

Kelly Moderator Reg: 06-03-2005 Posts: 1495 Loc: Offline	I have no experience with any mals from the countries that you mention. Have you looked for a breeder in HI that breeds Joefarm or LdS lines? That might be an option... then the pup won't be subject to import laws....
