My GSD will be moving to his outside kennel soon. I brush all my dogs every day. The terriers are house dogs. My question: Should deep brushing with a rake or steel comb be stopped during the winter? I don't want to keep raking out his undercoat if he's going to be outside. old dogs LOVE to learn new tricks

I'll just have to test the theory this winter.
