We are having our first meeting tomorrow. The weather says it is going to rain like hell. Go figure.
Cindy has been training at MVSV in the cities every Saturday - which is one of the reasons we want to train here on Sunday - the MVSV group are some very very nice people who have made her feel welcome.
Congratsd on your new group's first day. I found a great Schutzhund trainer here in St' Louis that is big into the motivational training. I'm not doing Schutzhund but the rest of the training is AWESOME. My 12 wk old pup is doing fantastic. Our SAR group did training with evac helicopters today. Thunder just strutted right up to the noisy, windy thing and hopped right it. WORKING GSDs ROCK!!!

Marina where do you train?
I actually train with MVSV and had the pleasure of meeting you and Cindy right before I left for Austria (which is where I currenly am until June 30th). I hope to see you both once I get back. You train Sundays at our field, right?
How is Austria ???
You can come back now, the snow is FINALLY gone!
I have been training at MVSV's field on Saturdays and then we have our informal training group that meets at Leerburg on Sunday as of yesterday. (about an hour from the MVSV summer field)
Well, I am more than willing to come back, especially since it has warmed up now. I am really anxious to get back to training. How's everyone doing there and how is your puppy (if I remember correctly, you had one with you)?
Once I am back though, I will definitely come out to train on Sundays whenever possible. Ask anyone at MVSV, if there's training going on, I'm there rain or shine!
Marina - I saw you work your dog one time last winter at MVSV - you have excellent feeling for the work and it's obvious your dog likes what you are doing.
The people at MVSV are really nice people - they are welcome (as you are) to drop by and use our training field anytime they like. We have permanent blinds.
