10 years ago today (Aug. 26th ,1994 ) Officers Ron Ryan Jr. , Timothy J. Jones and K9 Laser lost their lives protecting the citizens of St.Paul , MN .
Officer Ryan was the example of a great Rookie Officer we fellow Rookies were trying to become . He did alot in his short time as an Officer.
Officer Jones was the example of the Veteran Officer I was working and hoping to someday become .
Laser was the K9 you wanted and could count on finding your badguys. Like he did that day.
Thank You , to the many Citizens , Fire Fighters and Police Officers from Minneapolis , Ramsey County , R.C.M.P. and many other Officers from around the 5 state area that showed up in the rain , at today's Memorial Service to show their support .
Thank You to those who have shown their support in the past and continue to keep these Officers , their families and fellow police officers in their thoughts and prayers .
