Auburn University have a bomb detection dog training program that civilians can attend. Has anyone attended or heard anything about this program, if so, what?
I know the Director and the Assistant Director of Auburns Training program and they are very good. The director was formerly in charge of the Secret Service's EDD program for many years, the Ass't Director is retired from the Air Force Dog Program. Both of them have a great deal of experience with the TSA (formerly FAA) EDD program. Both are excellant trainers. Auburn University has been, in my opinion, the leader in scientific research for canine olfaction, detector dog training etc for many years and has an excellant reputation.
