Graeme Jones Webboard User Reg: 08-05-2002 Posts: 1 Loc: Offline	HI, I am a Police dog handler in the UK working a GSD in general patrol work and tactical firearms work. I also work a black lab in explo detection. I am after feedback from the forum as to the suitability of the Malinois in the role of explo detection. My lab is due to retire in the next 18 months and I am planning for his replacement (possibly a Mally dependent on my research). If anyone would like to offer their opinions, whether they be for or against, I would be grateful. The Mally is only just breaking through as a general patrol dog over here in the UK and I hope to try and show the versatility of the breed to our senior officers. Graeme Jones
