In our city, if your dog is found at large and picked up by the city it's $100.00 pond fee, every time the dog is picked up the fine goes up $100.00. In that litters case a neighbor reported the abused dog out side with a litter of pups. Bitch and pups are all fine. They will all be spayed/neutered by this guys vet. Sessie
