I dont know whats up with these people. I was able to get in contact with I think the wife, and she apologized for not having the product shipped. She took my number and told me she would contact me. That was two weeks ago and not only have I not recieve my tracking line, but I have yet to receive a phone call back....

Contact your credit card people to dispute. And then tell Kerr kennels you are filing a complaint with BBB and letting other people know of your issue. You have given them multiple chances and time to correct the problem and they obviously do not have a sense of urgency when it comes to paying customers.
I don't mind saying here that I have bought quite a bit of stuff from Leerburg and there has never been any problem whatsoever. They are a model of efficiency and good business practices. Credit where credit is due.

I think the credit for the good customer service goes to the women who work in my office. When a problem comes up we try and get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I know that when I order something from a catalog and they tell me it is going to take 2 or 3 weeks to get it, I always think that this is really a poorly managed company that needs more or different employees. I think some companies underestimate how important this is.
Several years ago I ordered a couple of tapes from Leerburg. One of the tapes was not what it was uspposed to be - in other the words the title sticker was correct - but the content of the tape was another title.
I contacted Ed and he sent out the other one right away - no questions asked - no "send in the wrong tape first" - nothing - just took a customers word for it.
