But Dude!
It sounds so COOL when he yips....
heh heh Not really. I'll be careful with it. I let him decide whether to yip or not. If he yips, I just start talking happy to him. He actually hasn't poked himself since the first five minutes of having it on Monday. I don't check him at all if he lunges he feels it, if not, we are all cool.
We only wear it sometimes, already the little stinker knows when he has it on or not.
Going to our very first schutzhund meeting Sunday, hopefully between you all on the board and these folks, Puppy man will be saved from my potential idiocy.

I only have to show up at 10 am on Sunday morning-at the extra special meeting place, from which I will follow the others to the super secret training location. (Someone play me some Pink Panther music here...)
The hardest part will be climbing outta bed after bartending the night before. This dog training/working thing is interfering with my drinking!
I am suprised they aren't going to make you ride blindfolded to the secret location... what kind of secret location is it if they will let you see where you are going? LOL.
Since this thread has been going for a while and is getting off topic, I will close it. If anyone has any further questions reguarding Prong collars, feel free to open a new thread.
