Are these text books designed to be read in any particular order? In other words, can you skip through and read chapters out of sequence or do you need to read them in order to gain some sort of foundation for the later chapters? Are all his books meant to be read this way? Hope that makes sense. Also where can you read about his third book and is it available?
They really are resouce books. For the most part it is a literatiure review so look at what you arre interested in and keep 'em for reference. At least that's what I have done with them.
