We have had decoy seminars at my ring club and the decoys tell us that the dogs in the pedigree are correct but not necessarily in the right order and sometimes, but rarely they lie outright. Unfortunately these are the really good litters that way no one knows what they did.

Jeff, are you saying that some Ring Decoy's said that dogs in a Leerburg pedigree are in error?
I am asking since the Leerburg pedigree is what we're discussing here.
With the computerized record keeping done at Leerburg Kennels, I'd find that *very* hard to believe.
Sorry I am a terrible typist so I shorten things I shouldn't. I am not talking about Leerburg I was relaying info given to me by a top level decoy from spain who was telling us to be careful with overseas pedigrees. He said this was common practice.
Obviously I have lost my mind, looking back I was talking on the phone and discussing mal pedigrees and was trying to be helpful as we are always trying to figure this out. I posted nonsense since this was gsd"s sorry sorry sorry I was not trying to be stupid it just happened no ill intentions I have to stay off the phone when I am typing

Yep, Mal pedigree's from Europe have often been rumored for being inaccurate.
I use the term "rumored" since I don't know for certain and although I've heard about this topic many times, I myself haven't run into it yet ( at least that I could prove )
