I got my sleeve to day in the mail. When I was opening the box my puppy now 9 months old was waiting to see what she got as she does every time I open mail? " She is a special dog ha-ha"
The sleeve when on my arm seems to be a bit to big for her mouth and she seems to be griping with just they front of the mouth when she has a full mouth grip on the tugs I use. Im at work atm and sitting on the sleep and hoping I can compress it just a bit so her mouth can fit on it and other suggestions other then mine?
First, don't compress it. The sleeve isn't the problem. Her age, your lack of knowledge in helper work, and her lack of any foundation work are the problems. Surely you don't plan to try to do your own helper work, do you? If your intent is sport, don't screw around with teaching her bad habits (biting poorly); leave the helper work to someone who knows what he's doing. Stick to the tugs and build a molar grip.
no i wont be doing my own bit work i wanted to see if her moth would be able to grip this and im thinking its just a bit to big for her atm ill be using it as a tug in my home but when my friend
puts on this arm im worried she wont be able to grip it BTW since we have had her at 8 weeks we have been doing grip work with her she has an awesome full mouth grip with the tuggs and rags.
