I'd take a pass, seriously!!! If you're looking for a good dog, then go with people that know a thing or two and don't breed dogs underage. Hip prelims mean nothing, and doesn't speak for the overall health of the dog. Also, what exactly are you looking for in DDR lines..ie. the look, certain traits, etc etc? Or are you "open" (as far as bloodlines) and it's just this litter that caught your eye? If you're "open", I can give you some breeders/breedings to look at, just PM me or email me (racincajn@aol.com).
Everyone - thank you for the advice. I too thought that the dogs were very young and was concerned about the number of litters per year for one kennel. I am new to this forum, and you guys have given me some good points to think about. If someone could give me thier thoughts on DDR bloodlines, I would appreciate it. So far the research that I have done tells me that I like the head, structure, and look of the DDR dogs. I do not know how the dogs are to live with though. Any thoughts?
Uhhhhhhhhhh...........have you thought about Leerburg? Not in So. Ill. but there are a few things I can garruantee from personal experience:
1. Your puppy won't be the product of unproven puppies, as it appears is the case here.
2. Your deposit won't disappear.
3. You are garruanteed a quality dog.
4. The breeder has a 30+ year reputation he will not foul.
5. Impetousness will leave you with a HELL of a headache.
Hope this helps and good luck,
G.

DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM SOMEONE THAT BREEDS A MALE THAT YOUNG, WITHOUT ANY HIP CERTIFICATION, WITHOUT HAVING REACHED MATURITY TO JUDGE CHARACTER, OR ANYTHING ELSE A GOOD BREEDER SHOULD BE DOING.
Originally posted by Alex Artemenko: I also heard that DDR lines are over with.
DDR lines are not "over with", but there are no more "DDR dogs" being bred, as there is no more DDR. The lines and type of dog still remains, and there are breeders who choose to only use DDR lines.

Also DDR and Czeq cross's.
Gotta agree there, anyone that doubts my liking of those lines can just take a look at my male <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
but, I don't limit myself, I like any GSD that works, and if it's a proven line from any region (WGR, Belgian, Dutch, DDR, Czech, etc etc), I would use it as long as it "meshes" with what I have and works towards my goals.
