got a possible case of endangering animals in NY state.
i'm living in an area where the police are pretty useless, (no offense to LE. just reality of the situation. seems that here half are corrupt the other half are lazy.)
and animal control is even more useless. to the point of this morning three animal rescue workers were charged with animal cruelty.
if anyone has knowlege of NYS animal (dog) laws or knows anyone reliable in LE or animal protection/welfare, i could use some serious help.......
A dog teaches a boy fidelity, perseverance, and to turn around three times before lying down.

Are you talking about the arrest of the lady in Ulster County the other day??? I work w/ a rescue group ( P.A.N.T.) and we had just taken 6 kittens from her! We had no idea that she was mistreatng her animals.Of the 6,3 were sick,3 were feral. I heard that 114 animals were taken from her place!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> She had just taken a bunch of puppies up from the South also.Most of the animals are now getting vet care. Anyone who gave her an animal to adopt out is being asked to come forward to help identify the animals.Of course , perhaps this is not what you are referring to, but I sure hope that there isn't a rash of animal cruelty going on in NY!!!
