**DONOTDELETE** Webboard User Reg: 12-31-1969 Posts: 1003 Loc: Online	Hello, I'm new to this Discussion Board and look forward to learning more about the GSD. My wife and I have always had dogs, but I'm about to acquire my first German Shepherd puppy. He is a grandson of Lasso Vom Neuen Berg and son of Ninja Von Den Drei Sonnenseen. It's my understanding that this is a West German line that tends to be more of a show rather than working line, and many of you prefer the working line of GSD. However, I hope to learn a lot from this Discussion Board about both. Thanks, Doyle
