Know that Im in a argument with my local rescue orginaztion. They are trying to prove thier point with a guy from the APDT. Who apparently works in protection sometimes. If you know everything you cant possibly learn something new.

As Lee said earlier, the whole point is moot, you don't have a crop of future protection dogs in rescue anyway. The rescued dogs need good obed and social manners, as Lee already said. Mike, if you want to learn about protection dog training, hook up with a good, experienced, ethical, legitimate PPD trainer. There is probably someone right here on thie board in your area. I have unwantingly added some confusion. Sorry. I got involved with them to continue to learn while awaiting school. If you know everything you cant possibly learn something new.
