Well folks wish me luck. We have decided to add our second dog by the early part of the summer. I am going to look at new litter today. As much as I love my Siberian and the thought was to add another to complete my two dog sled team, I just could not discount my first love of the GSD. I searched high and low for a good breeder with strong German Working lines and I found one.The litter is 1 1/2 weeks old and there is one female, so we are going to meet the parents, the breeder and the rest of his dogs. He provides a written health gaurentee, vet references, references on owners of his pups, etc... I know very little about blood lines so if anyone can clue me in to what I should look for that would be great. I train dogs for service ant therapy work and several of the dogs from this kennel have done just that. It's been a long time since I lost my Dear Sam to the hands of criminals, and just the thought of having a GSD in my life again makes myself and my family very excited.
