If you work your dog constantly in such high temps, you will kill the dog's drive for the work. There's lots of space to train, clean air, beautiful scenery, great food, wineries nearby, lots of goodies, but not one single schutzhund club <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Now if a couple dozen of you folks could just find a way to settle here, your problem with heat would be solved and I would no longer have to drive 3 hours each way (to where it's really hot) to train. Sound good? Just let me if you're coming and I'll call a realtor for you. Naida
