This board has been a great tool for me, however lately I have been looking at litters and I was wondering if anybody has video footage on a website that shows what a good working line litter should look like. I have heard terms like "little alligators" etc, I can compare one litter to another, however I dont have anyway of comparing it to a leerburg level dog. Anybody have any????

I found the "Bite Training for Puppies" done by Ed, to have very good info on puppies and what to look for in temperment. He had examples of what was both desirable and undesirable in the tape.
Of course, a DVD completely dedicated to puppy selection would be a GODSEND!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
No one ever said life was supposed to be easy, life is what you make of it!!
I like to give Bernhard all the credit he deserves - but the puppy tests are not his. Not sure who they really belong to I forgot - but back in 1985 (13 years before I met Bernhgard) I filmed puppy testing of a litter in Germany - then went back in 1987 and filmed one of the dogs after it had a Sch 2 just to show the tests were accurate. I put that information in my video on Bite Training Puppies (htt://leerburg.com/108.htm ) that Jeannette talked about in the previous post.
With this said Some day I would like to do some additional filming and produce a video just on testing.
