I have become very attached to a friend's little 4 year old Bischon "Sydney". He was diagnosed last week with a large tumor in his chest cavity. The local vet suggested putting the dog down. Sydney was taken to the Animal Medical Center in New York City for evaluation. The surgeons operated on the little guy and removed the tumor that was entangled in the heart, it had it's own blood supply. He is up and playing like a little puppy again. The house may have to be mortgaged to pay the bill but little Syndey survived.
Thanks Jerry, it's nice to hear good stories once in a while. Let's hope Sydney makes it well past the payoff of the mortgage! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Proud Mom of Abbey (aka "Moo") - my true soul mate...I miss you terribly and will see you at the bridge...
