Anyone have particular preference for folding wire crates? My station wagon doesn't hold more than one crate, so I am looking at buying a folding wire crate for crating a second dog during dog events. It is cheaper than buying a new van for the dogs (which is my next goal, but it takes a while saving up the loose change,lol).
Any suggestions? I have seen a couple, but boy, those suckers are expensive, so I want to get a good quality product that is secure while easy to transport.

I like the precision great crates from sitstay.com. I've had my oldest one for 3 years and the bolts still work smoothly. The pans are very nice, hard rubbery plastic, I've only had one dog destroy one. The Midwest lifestages crate trays are hard brittle plastic which seems to develop cracks within 6 months. I'm sure you can buy better crates if you pay more but I tend to go for the economy option <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
