Now that the other thread is 88 posts long with atleast that many pictures, I'm having a hard time getting the entire thread to load and see the newest photos. Wouldn't it be better if people made new posts with their dog's name in the the title instead of having to open the same slow-loading post time after time?
I'm under the impression that this whole sub-forum is for photos since the title is "Member Photos and Short Bio".
I don't know what the solution is for this, but I'm on cable modem, and it's a little slow even for me
Still, it's been a real nice gesture of the board admin and Ed to allow this, and it's been very popular.
As long as we just don't get that odd swarm of folks that travel around the internet posting pics of their dogs on every site in the known Galaxy ( and us never hearing from them again.... ) I don't see any problems occuring.
Brian, too funny, I also thought the entire 'Member Photos and short Bio' was for SEPARATE postings of our dogs/bio. I did that the early on when the photos were allowed (see Elsa Rose) but when everyone else just added to the first message, figured I'd been wrong!
If they could even split the 88 original postings into separate pages, they would download better, but it's nice to have photos at all, so I'm not complaining.

i was under the impression, that ed was gracious enough to allow this thread,so that we could all se"A" photo, and short bio. unfortunately , some think they need to post their entire photo library. can't say i blame them.they are proud of their dogs,but- - - - - sure makes for a long load up time, even on a cable modem... p.s STILL no sight of van camp. are all his dogs figments of his imagination???lol. just jt.
