This post is a congradulatory one to Many who put on a fine Trial today. Also, anyone wanting to do real life protection work without the politics I want to take this oppertunity to highly encourage you to look at ASR and give it a try.
Today at the trial in Tallahassee, Florida put on by Moccasin Gap Working Dog club was a very successful trial. Also, I felt the judging was fair and I didn't feel anyone of a "Click" got special treatment on the field from the "good ol'e boy system". I didn't think anyone was being title protectors but at the same time I didn't feel standards were compromised. There were many people there that I was glad to meet, And you can't beat free lunch!!!
But as I was saying first, I would like to congradulate Tedd Hoppe (AKA AirForce 1 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, Ken Hungerford (AKA Ballz of steel) or after today (Ball of steel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, Scott Whigham(still thinking <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />, "Jarhead the tanker", Will Rambeau (AKA Rambo) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />, the decoy's from MGWDC for another successful trial and thank them for making it an enjoyable experience for us 1st time ASR trial competitors. Trials like this today can only serve to make ASR stronger.
