Forgot my bio;I started training in '94 with a dobe from a shelter, who turned out to be a great "sportdog",after him I bought a pup and he was the kind of:"well don't feel like it today, maybe tommorow" never consistantly untill he was 2 1/2 years and always (99%) slipped the long bite.I sold him because he wasn't fit for competitions.Than I got my current dobe and I'm very happy with him.
On training I could broaden my horizon with him, doing some KNPV and other fun stuff.
We've been selected again for the world championships this year.
I think it would be awesome to see this breed make a comeback. We have a little bitch in our club that bites like that. Now if we could convince her that the out and down is a necessary evil. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
