He is social but not that social. I am thining that it is/was someone that knows the dog. I have contacted every pound animal control and Vet in the area to be on the look out. He is the third SchH/PSD stolen from this area in the past two months. Who ever is doing this knows what they are taking. so please keep your eyes open and your dogs close. I will try to attach a picture of him but if I can't he is on my website under the "our dogs" page. http://www.qualityk9conepts.com. Thank you in advance for your help. You can't get the papers and I hope a law enforcement agency would check for chips and tattoes. Is their a national "Hot Dog" list somewhere? forgive the pun pls.
