"Animals in Translation - Using the Mysteries of Autism to Decode Animal Behavior" by Temple Grandin and Catherine Johnson. I would consider this book as one of the "must haves" for people interested in animal behaviour. It gives very good and easy to understand explanations of how animals perceive things and think. I particularily liked the "Behaviour and Training Troubleshooting Guide" at the back of the book. I feel that this books greatest strength is that gives clear and understandable examples and explanations without bogging down in scientific jargon. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to hearing what others thought of it.

I listened to her interviewed one night on an AM station and I thought it sounded very interesting. Ive heard of some of her other work before and she definitely makes you think. I plan on getting the book. Ive also noticed that Ed sells it.
