My current litter of GSD puppies is just about to hit eight weeks old on Wednesday, and out of the five, three have fully erect ears and two have one fully erect ear and the other at half-mast.
I've seen puppies at four and five months old with half erect ears that went one to have a perfect ear set as an adult.

My females ears were erect at 12 weeks, fell during teething and were back up by 6 or 7 months. One of her littermates ears didn't stand back up until he was 10 months old. The new pups ears are up at 10 weeks. I think it varies so much between individual pups it's hard to say when ears will stand erect on average.
Thanks everyone. My pup is 10 weeks on June 8th. It looks like they are trying to come up. I spoke with the breeder yersterday and was told hers might come up a bit later than the other pups in the litter simply because of her size
(she's a BIG girl) The heavier the ears the longer it takes. he also told me they might go back down during teething, but not to worry, once the go up they always go back up.
