Yeah, that's what it sounded like, but I've always noticed the smell of yeast with this. It might be because it was inside folds and inside the ear.....maybe that makes the odor concentrated. Also, paw-licking is VERY common with that, and he's not doing that. You said no paw inflammation between the toes, too, right?
