I am curious if anyone knows Byron Pappageorge in Chicgo. He runs a web site selling e-collars. Just curious. You can private message me or post - it does not matter.
If I may, Ayla, Duane means that the date of the original post that you responded to was in 2005. Specifically, in the upper right-hand corner of any post you read on this board will be the date the member typed it. Mr. Frawley posted the question eleven years ago. Any answer to it at this point is probably irrelevant.
