Anyway. I have tried to start educational programs with the local humane associations regarding the handling of specific breeds, and avoiding dog bite incidences. They have no educational efforts and apparently aren't going to start them.
Do you think it would be correct or effective to compile information and resources and submit it to our city council? - Or do I wait until somebody wants to ban breeds?
