I was angry with the lady from the humane association that said "It seems like there is an overpopulation of that breed in the area" You think? This is the person responsible for shipping them into the area and causing their huge popularity - and also the person that refuses to provide educational programs to new owners. Thank goodness for the voice of reason and knowledge - Ed.
