This happened five miles from my house. I'm not sure training would have helped this situation. The owners of the dog were not at the scene of the incident. Very tragic story.
This dog must have known these people, and although carrying the child around the dog wasn't the ideal thing to do, if the dog was never aggressive before just how paranoid do you have to act around a dog with children? This is getting crazy.

Wow this is just horrible. This is so weired Ive never heard of such an attack like this, the woman probably trusted the dog and didnt think the dog would attack her child in such a horrofic way that it would lead to death.
