Looks like he got some skin too. I can't see worrying too much, I have had to do this before and the wound was similar, but smaller. Always watch when people do this stuff to your dog! I would suspect too much tweezer action on a squirmy dog.

I was watching; I was sitting right next to her. She didn't budge when Adam pulled the tick out. The only reason he did it is because I can't S T A N D ticks; they give me chills up and down my spine and make me want to hurl. Ticks and spiders are my absolute weaknesses. UUUGGGHHHH!
