I am feeding Nutra natural choise (adult!)now and am wanting to try Innova evo.My puppy is 6 months old now. Is this a good food for his age to go to? I remember reading some post that it isn't to good for young dogs. Any experiences with this. Thanks MJK

The did fine on it although they didn't enjoy it as well as the Solid Gold Bison or Pet Lover's Chicken Soup. I think it has been stated before and I hear it was mentioned by Innova that the Evo formula is not recommended for large growing pups because of the high proteins. Some advocates of raw say it's OK but I did want to mention what was supposedly stated from Innova. I can't validate that statement. Maybe some others will speak on this but if memory serves me correctly this topic was mentioned before. Try doing another search for a year or so with the keyword "INNOVA EVO" under "ALL CATERGORIES" and see if you find anything helpful. Houserhaus Kennel http://www.houserhaus.com
