Chris Hruby Webboard User Reg: 03-06-2005 Posts: 134 Loc: Northern Illinois Offline	Just wondering if anyone can recommend any reading material on training in drive. I know there is a book by that name but I'm thinking that is is dealing mostly with SchH. It can only be ordered online and I don't really want to get it if it is strictly SchH. I'm looking on working in drive as it relates to obedience, agility, etc.....By the way, I do have Ed's video "building drive & focus". Thanks. Chris

The concepts don't change ( the dog works for the reward of a desired item ), just the techniques. Plenty of AKC obedience competitors are dabbling with the Flinks Training in Drive method and just use Ed's tapes, as there doesn't seem to be any books that really stand out in the field regarding this method. The book: "Schutzhund Obedience Training in Drive With Gottfri Dildei" Product #925 http://www.leerburg.com/925.htm is the best book about training in drive ( using food drive ), but the Flinks tapes are better in my opinion.
