In a case of oversight and inattention, my Cane Corso managed to devour a fairly significant amount of horseradish (prepared stuff you'd put on roast beef) last night - far, far more than you'd eat yourself. This morning about 6am she barfed up an almost-solid ball of her raw food. I fed her breakfast (fruit and meat) about 9am and she barfed a portion of it up again at 2pm. At 3:30 she barfed yet again, but this time it appears to have no food content, just stomach acids and the like.
Does anyone have any experience in this area? Should I just let her body process itself or do I need to be getting her to the vet?
FAST her for a day and then offer her some more horse radish - lets see if she lkearned anything <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
Thanks guys. I was aware that it can be toxic, but I've yet to find how much is too much. Will let her fast 'til tomorrow night and see where we're at.
