I was wondering what, if any, peoples opinions are of the von der Feste Oberhaus kennel.I personally never heard of them. Do they produce good working and PSD's?
Mike,
I have not been able to find much on them....I did a google search and the only things that come up are a link to the pedigreedatabase and something about siblings to such and such dog. My computer wont open the pedigreedatabse page so I can't look on there.
There is a local trainer that is selling a dog called, Grando von der Feste Oberhaus. He is a trained PSD,for 2500usd. I was trying to get somemore info on this kennel and dog in particular.
I know that is not the usual price for a trained PSD but they had some reasons for the price......hope someone can help.
That is a way low price for a trained PSD. And your right, there has to be a reason. If your considering it then be cautious. Dont know what your intentions are if you are looking into it but be on the look out. I would be interested in hearing why such a low price if they are calling him trained.
It says that the handler left the K9 program....I live in a smaller town and thought that this maybe a good deal if the dog is what they say he is...I first have to talk to the PD. They said that the whole reason they don't have a narc dog is because of the expense. I thought that this might be a good oportunity for them to check into this.....who knows.
