He attempted to run the entire program single handedly, so needless to say it was stuck down in Florida, but since he turned ASR over to a BoD's and they created a charter for ASR so that future Board members wouldn't be allowed to change key fundemental aspects of ASR it is really starting to get out there. It was turned over to a Board of great guys last year and they kicked it off by dubbing it the "New ASR". COL Nathan R. Jessup for President
