I agree all this is is an example of bad training . The music and the comments at the end are all meant to play on our emotions .
Watch some of the video of dogs blasting a bitesuit or sleeve that have been posted by others here . Look at what those dogs go through physically doing something they enjoy . Then go back and watch the Baltimore video again .
What I saw in this video was an ineffective training technique that the dog didn't think much of .
Unfortunately it is tough to change someone's first impression on things and that video with it's music and comments make quite an impression .
