Does the X1 Pro transmitter work with other X-Series and older models?

Yes! The X1 Pro transmitter can be purchased separately. Users can pair the 280C e-collar to the 280X remote however, there are certain limitations in access to features accessible only on the 280X e-collar such as tone, XPP vibration and the LED e-collar light as well as the requirement to power on the 280C requires a magnetic on that the 280X cannot provide.

Are both the 1900X remote and e-collar waterproof?

Both the 1900X e-collar and X2 Pro remote are certified IPX9K and fully waterproof. This is the highest waterproof level in the e-collar category. For reference most cell phones are rated at IP67.

How is the 1900X Pro different from the original 1900X?

The 1900X Pro is 12% slimmer, making it smaller and easier to hold. You can also switch between three different modes to use it the way you like.

What is Pro Mode?

Pro Mode mirrors the button layout of the classic 1900S, with similar button placement preferred by many professional trainers.

What is 2-Dog Mode? What is 1-Dog Only Mode?

2-Dog Mode allows you to control two dogs without using a toggle switch. Each dog has its own dedicated button for quicker, easier access. The 1900X Pro has a dedicated 1-dog mode with a toggle lock feature, preventing accidental switching between dogs.

What is Standard Mode?

Standard Mode keeps the original button layout of the 1900X.
