LOVE this leash! First there is the OUTSTANDING quality and workmanship-which is the reason I buy leashes from Leerburg. I have an extreme drive mal. It is critical- a major safety concern- that my equipment not break. First thing I noticed was the abundance of strong beautiful stitching. Not some little bit like is on other makers leashes- but a lot of heavy well done stitching. I can have confidence that it will hold up to whatever my mal throws at it and also will hold up for years of use. I have similar leather leashes/collars from Leerburg that have been used for years and it is amazing how new they still look and are all still in excellent condition with sound stitching and strong leather still. And there is certainly a difference between the cheap snaps that other places use and the highest quality ones that Leerburg goes to all the trouble to source. Again that is a big safety issue-both to the dog and/or to others the dog may encounter- that you had better consider. This leash is also light and works so great on the prong collar and it is a pleasure to handle a dog with. The biothane is ideal for the type of tough environments my dog has to work in. I am so thankful that such a high quality carefully made item is even available. Leerburg rocks on leashes and collars etc. There is none better.
