Full Question:
Hi Cindy, I have a two month old puppy that has no treat or enough toy drive. Thus I can't do luring, crate training, etc. He is also very slow eater with same food from breeder. Have never experienced this before so I am a bit perplexed. Any advice please?
Cindy's Answer:
This is very common. I wouldn't worry about doing any type of luring or anything right now. If he's only 2 months old, you likely just got him so just let him settle in and get acclimated to his new living situation . He may be eating slowly because he's missing the competition of his siblings.
How long have you had him?

Thanks for the fast reply. We are three days in. I thought I was expecting too much, but in my excitement I wanted to ask you. I am a new client and am enjoying the Ellis video and several of your products. Your fast response will certainly bring me back. Thanks again.
Cindy's Answer:
There are some puppies that come into a new environment and will do everything right away, but the vast majority of puppies need some time to acclimate.
Thanks for your business, we truly appreciate it ! I'm here if you need suggestions or recommendations, although since it's just me that answers these sometimes the response isn't QUITE so fast.. (but I do my best haha)
Enjoy the new puppy!
