I have a question about the Parvaid product. Can this be used for a 8-10 week old puppy who is currently sick with parvo? If so, would you actually recommend it if the dog has been sick for nearly a week already?

Hi Cindy,I have a question about the Parvaid product.?Can this be used for a 8-10 week old puppy who is currently sick with parvo??If so, would you actually recommend it if the dog has been sick for nearly a week already??And, if so, would the small bottle (1 oz.) be enough, I'm not sure what the dosage is.
Thank you so much!

Hi Melanie
Here is all the info on Parvaid. I would recommend reading all of this.
A one ounce bottle should be sufficient, you only use a few drops 4 times per day, depending on the size of the pup. If the pup has parvo, it's recommended to use the Vibactra Plus as well.
I think you can use this with any pup, regardless of how long they have been sick although the sooner you start it, the more likely a fast recovery.
Good luck with your pup, I hope he (or she) makes a complete recovery.
