What is the minimum dog size that is recommended for the Dogtra 1900NCP?

Full Question:

I have been unable to find the "minimum dog size" that is recommended for the Dogtra 1900NCP. We have two dogs one is large (70 lb+) but the other is an 18 lb Schnauzer. Is this too much for the small one?

We have a comparison chart for our ecollars that includes size of dog. For an 18 lb dog I'd use either a Dogtra IQ or the Einstein ET300.
