If you use the Grizzly salmon oil, the dosage is on this page (and on the bottle).
If you are purchasing capsules, for a healthy dog 1000 mg/20 lbs of body weight.
For any health challenges (injury, inflammation, etc) 1000 mg/10 lbs of body weight.
