None of our training material give timelines or frequency for training because that is so dog dependent. One dog may benefit from 3 short sessions a day, others may only be in a great mindset for training first thing in the morning, others may be able to train for a longer period once a day, etc..
Part of the training process is for you to evaluate when your dog is in a good head space to want to interact and work with you. Like people, they are all wildly different. It sure would be nice if I could give everyone a printout of a training schedule but that would not be in the best interest of the dog.
