Full Question:
Hi Cindy,

We’re watching a 1yr 4mo intact female pit bull.

Shes very playful with other dogs, but when other dogs don’t want to play and snap at her, she attacks them.

We purchased your aggressive dogs video, but we don’t see anything that pertains to this type of aggression.

I’m trying to keep this brief, so if you would like more information about it, I’m happy to provide.

Thank you again for all you do for the community!

Cindy Cindy's Answer:
This type of dog should not be allowed to interact with other dogs in this way. Just like some people are pushy and obnoxious, so are some dogs (I own a dog like this). My dog is perfectly fine around dogs in a controlled setting and shows no aggression but she becomes overly pushy and if the other dogs give her a fair warning she overreacts.

It's not fair to the other dogs to make them put up with this kind of harassment. My advice would be to not allow this dog to try to play with other dogs. Take structured walks and do some obedience training in a group setting. But I would not allow her to be off leash and have the opportunity to continue doing this. Since you said you are watching her, I am assuming she's not your dog. It's unfair to the other dogs to make them put up with this kind of behavior and it's also dangerous.
