What are the magnetic effects from the Top-matic ball on phones, credit cards, and dog microchips?

What are the magnetic effects from the magnet and ball on phones, credit cards, and dog microchips? I know to keep magnets away from the cards and electronic devices but how close can you be without effects? What about the dog microchip? Any problems with that?

Our manager got a reply from the manufacturer of the Top-matic:
Yes the magnet can destroy (especially the maxi power clip) electronical components (cards, smartphones, etc.). How close or far you have to put them away is not possible to answer because any card or phone is different. The best would be if the customers keep the magnet away from electric components.
We have never heard of any problems about the micro chip for dogs.
