Howard Young Webboard User Reg: 10-14-2002 Posts: 82 Loc: Offline	Are there any folks out there that have had working dogs that have had disc surgery and returned to the work that they were doing before the surgery? Just got the news that one of our pds is going to have to have surgery on his spine. He's in the twilight of his career already and will be recouping for at least two to three months. Thought he may have a blown ACL as he had some drawer shelving diagnosed three years ago. Man these dogs have a high pain threshold. He's got to be hurting but he sure doesn't act like it. Surgery is scheduled for Thursday. Life's short bite hard
